Some random thoughts
I'm just sitting here watching some college football hotties and having some random thoughts.
Random question: Is there anyone more fuckable than this guy?

Random thought on the upcoming Pride fights: I was looking at Shamrock and thinking about how hot he has stayed even at his age. I wonder if I'd do a guy his age. If he wanted me I don't think I could resist, lol. So I guess I would do him even though he's old enough to be my daddy. (NO! For those who are asking. I never had a real daddy for my whole life.)
Another random thought: Do you fellow gay mma journalists who have been emailing me asking me to shut up on outing you think I give a damn? NO! I don't! I will be naming names very soon. ;)
Random question: Can anyone please verify Josh Koscheck's sexual orientation? Pleeeze??!?! I would like to know. I'd like to take a shot.
OK, thats all for now. I need to watch some more football (I fucken love those uniforms). I will be back soon.

'THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER' SEASON 2: EPISODE 8 REVIEW

Almost nude all male mud wrestling was featured prominently on last week's episode of "The Ultimate Fighter".
Hi all! I've been given the job of providing a review to Fightsport.com for each week's episode of 'The Ultimate Fighter' reality series, which is currently showing on Spike TV.
I've been contracted to write the review because I'm the only only admitted homosexual personality in MMA, and because 'The Ultimate Fighter' has a lot of homoerotic overtones to it. Basically, the review is from a queer perspective.
Enough ranting! Here's my review:
"Let me start off with saying that I caught the Rich Franklin-centric episode of "UFC: Unleased" that aired before this episode of The Ultimate Fighter. Here's a few random thoughts, in no particular order:
- There is no way in hell I would have handled having Franklin as a high school teacher. Trust me, I was just as raunchy then, just younger.
- Edwin Dewees is never going to look older than fifteen years old. Well, maybe when he's forty. Maybe.
- I still love you Ken Shamrock!
- Sadly, by the end of his title fight with Franklin, Evan Tanner really looked like he could have been a decent stand in for the Beast in the "Beauty and the Beast" TV series from the '80s.
- Mrs. Rich Franklin is one lucky girl.
And now for my review of "The Ultimate Fighter: Season Two' Episode 8". It actually gets to start on the hour now instead of anywhere between the 5 and 15 minute mark!
As usual, we get a recap of last weeks episode and fight. Poor Seth and the groin shots. Though not nearly as bad as poor Legionaire Alessio Sakara from the last PPV. I'm really not approving of the new facial hair though, kinda looks like velcro.
As soon as the teams get back to the house, Team Franklin attacks Team Hughes with water balloons. This soon turns into an all out war between the two teams that involves mustard, a watermelon, and ketchup in some really unmentionable places.
This is why I love Team Franklin, they are so much fun. I'm really turned on by the fact that they seem to think squirting ketchup down your housemate's shorts is a good idea.
This week's challenge is "Randy says", which consists of the svelt welterweights hitting punching bags with whatever combo Randy says. Its like "Simon Says", where Randy actually has to say, "Randy says", LOL. This rule catches Jason in the first round, and Anthony gets confused by the 20 million different number combinations he is given. Team Hughes wins.
Gotta love the award bribing. This is otherwise known as the "we really don't like the idea of anyone forfeiting" prize.
Team Hughes celebrates with their new video games in one of the back rooms. Great, last season the guys were so desperate for females that they flocked to the poor ring girls in the kitchen. This year they flock to the virtual girls on the video game. This does not bode well for next season's guys. Personally, I think they should bring me in as entertainment for the guys next season, LOL.
Day 28
It's decided that the fight will be Luke vs. Anthony. Franklin trades Brad to Team Hughes, and Sammy gives Anthony advice on fighting Luke.
Team Hughes training: Hughes thinks Luke will win if they stay standing. When did they start with a $5,000.00 winning bonus? Have I just been oblivious to it or is this like when they got the video games? "We're not happy with they way things are going so we will bribe you into doing better", LOL.
Day 30
Weigh-in: Luke 169; Anthony 169 1/2
Luke's pre-fight meal consists of wild rice, celery, garlic and kelp, but it looks like mulch to me. That should be out on someone's roses, not in the kitchen.
Day 31
Luke (looking like he's going to rob a bank with his mask) and Anthony (looking like he thinks its going to rain in the gym with his jacket) come out for the fight. Luke, that mask is not going to turn you into a Super Stealth Ninja. Take it off now, LOL.
Round 1: Intially gets started slowly as the two just circle each other and don't do much else for the first few seconds. Anthony then takes Luke down and and there's a hell of a lot of exchanged punches and elbows. Anthony gets behind Luke for a brief second, but like an inmate fighting to save his anus, Luke is able to reverse it and gain the dominant position.
Round 2: Luke pretty much dominates like a man until Anthony gets his back and almost gets sinks in a rear naked choke. He can't lock it in, though, and Luke once again takes over. Luke is seriously dominating with the elbows at the end of the round.
Round 3: Anthony is looking pretty winded at the begining of the round, lots of punches are thrown with Luke still dominating like a man. Luke busts Anthony open above the eyebrow and the doctors check on it, but decide that he can continue. The fight goes to the time limit and the judges unanimously give the win to Luke.
Final thoughts: Fun episode, I liked the food fight, disapointed that Franklin's team lost again, but not overwhelmingly so. I really hope that Mike's "I am the bestest" act from the preview is just selective editing, otherwise he loses points.
Finally, that was not an a good "unbelievable" look from Dana in next week's preview. Must be one big shitfest of a fight. And I still want to hit Matt Hughes with a stick, sometimes with the one in my pants, and all the time with a one made of steel."
UFC 55 REVIEW
By Andrew Bryant

Andrei Arlovski (pictured) was the fighter who caught my queer eye the most on tonight's card.
Hi all! I've been given the job of providing a review of the UFC 55: 'Fury' card for Fightsport.com.
I also write the reviews for the homoerotic 'The Ultimate Fighter' reality show, and I'm writing the UFC 55 review because it features several TUF veterans
Enough ranting! Here's my review:
The UFC pre-show started at 6:30 P.M., covering the main fights of the night, but I fail to see what the point of having a pre-show is if they just show the same ten mintues of footage again and again. Have some different interviews, show the fighters oiling up and preparing for the fights, something.
The Pay-Per View starts off with the ever present "Gladiator" opening. Glad to know that they still have the "Our Lady of Wailing Sorrow" music to start us off. Gotta love those Romans, LOL.
Alessio Sakara defeats Ron Faircloth by DQ, RD 2.
ROUND 1: Sakura dominates pretty much the entire round like a man against a boy.
ROUND 2: Sakura starts to dominate again when Faircloth lands an errant kick to the groin. Sakura is down and isn't able to continue the match. I don't have very big testicles and yet I'm hurting in sympathetic anyway.
Jorge Rivera defeats Dennis Hallman by unanimous decision.
ROUND 1,2 &3: Seeing as the entire fight was the same, there's not much point in breaking it down round-by-round. Rivera dominated the match like a man, and Hallman took it like a bitch, with the exception of a few comebacks here and there. Not surprisingly, the judges call the match unanimously in favor of the hard and ripped Latin warrior Rivera.
Joe Riggs defeats Chris Lytle by TKO at 2:00, RD 2.
Riggs used to fight at 300 pounds? Good grief, I can't even imagine that.
ROUND 1: The match starts out with a lot of stand up grappling after Riggs misses a high kick. Lytle takes it to the ground, Riggs almost gets a leg lock and takes control of the match. Riggs throws several impressive fists from a standing position.
ROUND 2: Lytle's eye is looking rather poofy at the beginning. Riggs takes him down but Lytle soon regains the dominant position. Riggs manages to land a great elbow from the missionary position, and the Ref calls for a time out to check the bleeding. Match is then stopped due do to the bleeding.
Is there a particular reason that Riggs feels the need to show off his tummy tattoo while being announced the winner?
Renato 'Babalu' Sobral defeats Chael Sonnen by tiangle choke at 1:20, RD 2.
Renato certainly seemed to be having fun swinging his towel during his entrance. And wow, what a sweet hairstyle he has. It may possibly be a weapon all on its own, LOL.
ROUND 1: Sobral takes down Sonnen early, but they're soon back up grappling in a standing position. They go back down with Sonnen on top this time and trade more blows. Sobral gets an ankle lock sunk in during the closing seconds of the round but can't get the submission. And let me tell you, it looked painful. Legs just don't bend that way.
ROUND 2: Sobral and Sonnen trade places on the ground and Sobral sinks in an arm triangle to win by submission.
I must say that Sobral has some nice arm tatoos, but the nickname "Babalu" cancels out any hottness that may come with the tatts.
Rogan then interviewed all four guys in the welterweight and middleweight title fights that will be on the next PPV. Everyone is all nice and respectful, although Parisian does point out that he thinks that Hughes has some holes in his game.
Forrest Griffin defeats Elvis Sinosic by TKO at 3:30, RD 1.
Elvis gets points for the great accent and coming out to the Elvis vs. JXL remix of "Little Less Conversation", but Forrest is just so fucking awesome that I'm having trouble deciding who to root for. I guess I'll be happy with whoever wins, but I'll also feel really bad for whoever loses.
ROUND 1: Lots of stand up and trading blows to start off. Sinosic seems to be landing a few more shots, but Griffin seems largely unphased by it. Griffin fights back and lands two nice hooks to win by TKO.
I must say that this fight seemed to be stopped early, but it did look like Forrest was about to jump in between the stunned Elvis's legs and finish him off for the victory. I hate seeing Elvis lose but he'll be back.
Brandon Lee Hinkle defeats Sean Gannon by TKO at 4:14, RD 1.
I've never seen Gannon fight and already I'm not a fan. He's worried about not having a job after this? I'm fine with a cop fighting in the UFC, it's the underground fight with Kimbo Slice that should have cost him his job.
Does he think it's a good promotional thing for the Boston police department to have a cop competing in ILLEGAL underground fights? I've seen the pictures, but I still refuse to watch the video of his underground fight.
Hinkle checks his hair in the camera while Gannon just has a "I'm sooo fired for this" look on his face, LOL.
ROUND 1: Hinkle gets a leg takedown after it becomes apparent that he's not going to be able to just knock Gannon over. After seriously dominating the fight and landing some nasty blows to Gannon's face, the ref calls the match for Hinkle. Gannon's face is a bloody mess. His career as a Boston cop might be next.
Andrei Arlovski defeats Paul Buentello by KO at 0:15, RD 1.
Helllooo Andre, looking excessivly good tonight. Down girl, down! LOL.
ROUND 1: Fight starts off with both guys swinging and ends in about 15 seconds after Andrei knocks out Buentello, LOL.
Holy shit that was fast, I didnt even realize that Buentello was knocked out, LOL. Great job as usual for Big John McCarthy, who noticed it right away.
Andrei tears up after the fight and does a fairly good job during the interview, with the help of an interpreter. Thats it, he knocks out Beuntello in 15 seconds, looks great doing it, and now hes being all vunerable. I'm done. Marry me. If it was physically possible, I would bear your children, Andrei.
Final thoughts: I thought it was a good show, but I'm sure glad I'm not the person in charge of putting it together, cause man, must that crowd have been cranky after the most insanely short main event. It climaxed so fast that it must've seriously pissed off the people who were watching the fight live.
As for Andrei Arlovski, I have one final message for him, and I think the rest of the homosexual community probably feels the same way:
Andrei, how do I lust thee, let me count the ways.....

My plea to fellow gay MMA journalists!
OK guys,
I have made my mark due to being MMA's only known admitted homosexual insider. It got me noticed. It really is fab to see my work on all of the internet!
You guys need to consider coming on out. It's not that bad. I feel really accepted. Fully. I've actually made new friends out of a couple of fighters! I mean I have really gotten to know them! It's like...... UH!!!
This sport will really take off when we come to terms with who we are. I know who you boys are! ;)
I am calling for all of the homosexual MMA journalists to come on out! The weather's nice out here.
Thank you for your time.
In related news, it has been reported that a certain MMA writer enjoys rubbing the urine from collected specimans at UFC fights on his face! KINKY!
Miguel Itterate recently wrote: "Michael Disanto was too busy playing with the urine samples at UFC - he loves that piss! .... he likes to rub it on his skin, it makes his skin feel 'soft'..."
HOT!

'THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER' SEASON 2: EPISODE 7 PICS
Hi all! Below are some pics of this week's episode of 'The Ultimate Fighter' reality series, which is currently showing on Spike TV.
Enough ranting! Here's the pics:

Enough ranting! Here's the pics:

'THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER' SEASON 2: EPISODE 7 REVIEW

Almost nude male mud wrestling was featured prominently on this week's episode of "The Ultimate Fighter".
As usual, we start out with reactions and comments from last week's fight. Matt Hughes celebrates the win by playing solitare in the back. Jason has to get stitches under his eye, and is a bit freaked out as he has never gotten them before. When he gets back to the house he is disappointed that no one is still up to talk to.
Poor Jorge Gurgel, he looked so depressed. I wish I could hop into the TV screen to comfort you! I would bring you some milk and cookies. As for the tightly wound Matt Hughes, he no longer has Jorge to talk shit to. Apparently he needs that to feel like a man.
Day 25:
The challenge for this week is a form of almost-nude male mud wrestling, where you have to shove your opponent outside the line. Team Franklin wins. Everyone involved is absolutly covered in mud.
I would so go hug Matt right then, LOL. I could make such jokes right now about the mud wrestling, but really it's too easy. Besides, pudding would have been much more fun. Or Jello... yummy, hee
Team Franklin debates who they will choose to fight, originally going with Scarey Keith vs. Stamina Man Mike, but then change it to Seth vs. Dan. As the welterweights are now lopsided due to the loss of hot-blooded Latin heartthrob Jorge Gurgel, Matt must choose a welterweight to leave his team and go to Franklin's. He immeadatly picks Jason... Oh that's smart, pick the guy who just took out Franklin's best welterweight, good thinking.
Matt is pissed off at everyone during training, and as usual, pretty much beats their asses bloody with training, and saying that they should have easily won the challenge. I'd rather they focused on the more cavalier and well built Team Franklin, Sheesh.
Day 26:
We come back from commercial break with someone yelling their head off. Turns out its Joe, who's getting his hair bleached by Mike and got some into a cut on his head. Mike proceeds to make moneky grooming jokes, LOL.
Ok, so Mike has great stamina, makes monkey grooming jokes, and can do your hair for you? My god, he's almost the perfect man.
Weigh in: Seth 229, Dan 264.
Well that's just a slight discrepancy. Maybe if Seth stands on his toes, he won't look so small next to Dan.
This week's finally comes. I worry when the fighters are all sweaty before the fight even begins. Save some for the actual fight, guys.
ROUND 1: The guys start out looking a bit unsure with some fake knees, eerily resembling storks. Dan's nose is bleeding early and he already looks tired. The fighters are trading punches and kicks but no one with the clear advantage. Seth accidently gets kicked in the groin twice. I'm feeling his pain. Ouch.
ROUND 2: Pretty much more of the same. Dan gets Seth down, but can't really penetrate him and the ref stands them both back up again. Seth gets in a big round house type kick that knocks Dan over, but also goes down so he doesn't take advantage. Franklin certainly likes to call the time out, guess we know what he wishes he got more of during his fights.
ROUND 3: Dan is more aggressive this time, but it's not enough as the fight goes to decision and the judges give it to Seth in a unanimous decision.
Final thoughts: Both Jason and Mike are growing on me. As long as Jason doesn't do the Cena hand gestures again, that is.
Also, Matt Hughes is a jerkwad. I just want to whack Matt with a stick, and I don't just mean with the one in my pants.
UFC: 'ULTIMATE FIGHT NIGHT 2' REVIEW

Tightly built African warrior David Loiseau.
Hi all! I've been given the job of providing a review to Fightsport.com for the UFC: 'Ultimate Fight Night 2' show, which just aired on Spike TV.
I've been contracted to write the review because I'm the only only admitted homosexual personality in MMA, and because UFC: 'Ultimate Fight Night 2' has a lot of homoerotic overtones to it because of all the TUF veterans on the card. Basically, the review is from a queer perspective.
Enough ranting! Here's my review:
The show starts out with various "people" shots. The Tap Out guy is really cute, but I hope he doesn't wear that make-up all the time. Now it's time for the fights:
Drew Fickett defeats Josh Koscheck by rear naked choke at 4:28, RD 3.
ROUND 1: The hard-bodied Fickett starts out very aggressive but is quickly taken down by Koscheck. Fickett continues to be excessivly squirmy while on the ground. Well, someone certainly seems to have had his energy drink beforehand, LOL.
ROUND 2: Koshcheck immeadatly takes Fickett down, and I do mean immeadatly, as my partner and I at home missed it due to the "what happened in the first round" graphic. Fickett almost gets off the ground several times, but Kocheck keeps maintaining the dominant position like a man.
ROUND 3: More of the same with Koscheck playing the man role and being dominant from the top for most of the time. But then everything changes when they get stood up by the hulking ref. Fickett is able to land a big knee to Koscheck's head and then gets behind him and hooks on a rear naked choke for the win.
Fickett is so excited that he pulls his corner guy all the way over the fence into the octagon to celebrate. I really wouldn't ever want to be in his corner. As for Koscheck, all his wrestling didn't do him any good because he didn't do anything with it when he had the dominant top position. That's something he'll have to improve on.
Brandon Vera defeats Fabiano Scherner by TKO at 3:22, RD 2.
Damn, it's Vera's first match in the UFC and he's already talking shit about the hunky Liddel. That's seems kind of bitchy, and to be honest I think I can totally take him, but only if I arm myself first, LOL. Preferably with a tank and some cannon balls. Big cannon balls, LOL.
ROUND 1: Vera dominates like a man, lots of stand up with random punches and kicks, nothing overly dominating though. Vera hits Scherner with a big knee, an then hits him again while Scherner is still hurt from the first hit. Vera gets the win.
During the post fight interview Vera again calls out Chuck and says that he will be the first fighter to have both the heavyweight and light heavyweight belts at the same time. He's basically calling out BOTH Liddel and Arlovski. Is that the sound of Vera going "splat" that I hear? Well, something went splat around here, that's for sure.
Chris Leben defeats Edwin Dewees by armbar at 3:26, RD 1.
I must agree with the Babyface moniker that Dewees has, kid looks like he's 15. I'm impressed with his 31-7 record, though. That's a hell of a lot of fights for his age.
ROUND 1: A little bit of stand up before Dewees takes Leben down with a very interesting full body grab. "I shall climb you like a tree!", LOL. Lots of struggling on the ground with Dewees mostly dominating and making Leben into his bitch, until he gets a little too cocky and leaves his arm out for Leben to grab an armbar and the win.
David Loiseau defeats Evan Tanner by TKO at 4:15, RD 2.
Hey, Tanner fixed his hair, he looks much better! And my Goodness, Loiseau, I know some guys have slits in their shorts, but that's practically a loincloth! You go boy!
ROUND 1: Tanner mostly in control, taking Loiseau down and holding him there, although without being able to penetrate. The well built Loiseau manages to reverse after a few minutes and lands some nasty elbows to Tanner's face, busting him open. The ref calls a timeout to check Tanner's cuts and lets them continue. After a few more elbows by Loiseau, the ref calls the fight on account of the bleeding and awards the victory to the tightly built Loiseau.

MY REVIEW OF 'THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER' SEASON 2: EPISODE 6

A fan's humorous parody of the UFC reality show and what appears to be its percieved strategy of appealing to the upper class homosexual demographic.
"This week's episode was easily the best episode yet. It had everything, starting off with tension, followed by excitement and an orgasmic climax, and topped off with some heartbreak along the way.
We start off with everyone's opinions on last week's fight. The tightly wound Matt Hughes is pissed off about Rashad's showboating last week, even going so far as to say that he made the right picks to who was on his team.
Or it could be Hughes was pissed off, seeing as his guy LOST. Or was that all part of his master plan, to lose? Only time will tell.
Mike is also annoyed about Rashad's shenanigans in the ring, to the point of not talking to him anymore. This leads to even more tension between these two teams full of hot-blooded men.
While Team Hughes gets double the ass rapings at training, Team Franklin lounges around at the waterpark, frollicking around in the swimming pool and just having a good old time until the gym opens. I'd LOVE to see them on the waterslides.
Let's put it this way: Team Franklin is swimming in the pool while Team Hughes is swimming in their own sweat. It's definitely a WIN-WIN situation for the viewers!
The team challenge for this week is called "The Scarecrow". One of the heavyweights has to support one of the smaller welterweights, as the itty bitty welterwight circles the heavyweight, without touching the ground. Joe and Mike start out and manage to go for 204 rotations, taking an hour and 40 minutes to complete it!
Now I have to say, I was seriously impressed when they got to 50 circles. I was even making crude jokes to my partner about Mike's sexual stamina and strength when they hit 100. By 200 I was too speechless to even crack jokes, which tells you something.
Franklin forfeits right after Joe touches the ground, which saves his guys. Whereas Mike and Joe are pretty much knocked out right now. Jorge Gurgel, the hot-blooded Latin heartthrob, is VERY pissed because he was sure that he would've done more than 200 cycles...
Day 22 comes, and the fight for the week is Jorge vs. Jason. Jorge is very excited, and so am I!
Franklin and Jorge are shown training for the upcoming fights. Jorge even says, "Tell me I'm the best!"
When I heard Jorge say that, I thought it was soooo the equivalent to a man saying "What's my name, bitch!?"
It was definitely a hot moment. As a loyal viewer of the series, I can only hope Hughes just wants to see what Jorge can do, and is using Jason as the sacrifical lamb. I'd really hate to see Jorge go off the show at this point.
Day 23: Time for the fight...
Round 1: Both men come out strong and hard, trading take downs, but neither takes good advantage of it. It looks like Jorge almost gets a rear naked choke, but Jason manages to get out of it. Jason's eye starts to bleed, and at one point Jorge loses his mouth guard.
Round 2: Jason comes back strong with some good hits, but Jorge penetrates Jason's defense and almost gets a submission hold locked on once again.
Round 3: A lot of strikes landed by both men.
In what has to be considered a very controversial judges decision, Jason is declared the winner by unanimous decision. As for my opinion on the outcome... ~HATED IT!~
Well, crap, I guess Jason wasn't so sacrifical after all. I really didn't expect him to be that good, but Jorge was fighting with an injured knee, so I guess shit happens.
As for the rest of the show, it rocked! I'm really starting to like Mike, between the foot tickling last week and the "shenangians" and marathon stamina in this episode, he's really become my one of my favorites, especially with Jorge Gurgel now gone, sigh.
Next week's team challenge appears to be mud wrestling. I don't know about the rest of you, but I can't wait for next week's episode!
Ciao!"

THIS GIRL COULD MAKE ME TURN
I discovered that I was fucken gay when I was in my early teens. I have had many relationships with guys but I have never been with a female. They just dont do it for me, I actually like boobs and I could play with them all day but it's down below that just turns me off, if you know what I mean.
That being said, I have met a girl on IM that has really caught my fucken attention. Her name is Deeane and she lives in Australia. She's not your typical fucken bimbo, she is intelligent and she acts more like a guy than any girl i've met. When she sent me her photo at first I thought she was a she-male, I refused to believe she was a girl even when she sent me a topless picture. I told her that i'd been with many men who had boobs and that she would need to show me more proof than that. The next day I received a fucken email from her, in it was a pic of her totally naked! Well, she is definitely a girl LOL. Lucky for me that one of my fetishes is for what we gays refer to as "bears", Deeanne was as hairy as any bear i've ever been with, so I felt really comfortable seeing her naked body.
She has a boyfriend Lorenzo and he is bi-sexual, they are talking about buying me a ticket to Australia so I can have threesomes with them! I told her that I am strictly the catcher so she wouldnt be getting sex out of me, she said that was cool because she liked using a strap-on, this could work out :-) I am seriously considering it but I have a really good job here and I dont want to blow it. I might wait until Im due for a vacation and go for a week or so, if it works out I might move there.
Here is a picture of Deeanne wearing sexy lingerie. She wont let me post the nudies, LOL.

I will keep you all updated on this relationship via this blog.

ANDREW BRYANT'S TIPS ON ANAL SEX
Mind you, this is not MMA related, but I feel this is a very important topic nonetheless.
Anal sex is not experienced exclusively by gay men; it is a facet of our collective sexual identity which has been explored by previous cultures and continues to be explored today. Men and women of all walks of life enjoy anal sex as an alternative to everyday lovemaking. Its not for everyone, but anal sex may be what you're looking for if you want to try something completely different.
Why do people enjoy anal sex?
Anal sex is enjoyable because of the rich body of nerve endings in the anus. While people often experience pain when first attempting anal sex, as a person learns to relax, the pain often subsides into pleasure. For men, anal sex also offers stimulation to the prostate, an organ that provides the rush of pleasure during orgasm. Anal sex for many seems like a taboo activity, and much of society still shuns it. But statistics show that roughly 35% of heterosexuals and 50% of the gay community practice anal sex at least occasionally.
How can I enjoy anal sex?
Tips for beginners
To prepare yourself for anal sex, the first thing to do is learn to relax. This may include a hot bath beforehand, an erotic massage or even just a good workout. Remember that the sphincter muscles around the anus will not allow things to pass through easily unless you relax and take it slow. Do not start with something the size of a dildo or penis. Start with either: a) your partner's finger or b) Small Love Plug. The plug provides a unique sensation and many couples consider it an exciting addition to the bedroom. If you're more comfortable with a partner's finger then start with that. The basic principle is to start small and work your way up.
One partner should lubricate or place a lubricated condom over his or her finger. Take the finger and arouse the surface of the anus, perhaps making small circular motions as you go. Always pay attention to your partner to indicate whether or not he or she feels comfortable. Slowly attempt to push your finger (or plug) slightly inside the anus. Do not use force - stop immediately if your partner complains of discomfort. If it is difficult to enter the anus, you probably need more lubrication. The first time you try this, the receiver may feel a bit of pain. Anal sex is not for everyone, and if you feel uncomfortable stop and perhaps try again later. Think of this process as training for later anal encounters. Even a finger can provide intense stimulation when it is inserted in the anus.
Once you have tried penetration with a finger a number of times then you can move towards something that is a bit larger. First you have to decide on what type of anal stimulation that you enjoy. Do you enjoy the movement of a finger, the fullness of a plug, or the feeling of entry and withdrawal? You may wish to proceed by being penetrated with your partner's penis or by using an anal toy. For those who enjoy the feeling of penetration more than motion or vibration, try butt plugs which are designed specifically for this purpose. A butt plug sits inside the anus, and is not generally used for thrusting back and forth. If a plug interests you, we suggest the Big Flirt. This beautiful toy is made of pure silicone and features a graduated design. The texture is unrivaled. It's soft but resilient and retains body heat. You won't find a better plug. We're confident you'll love the feel of this toy.
How can I make anal sex safer?
Anal sex can be a perfectly safe activity as long as you take the necessary precautions. You should remember that your anus and rectum do not have their own natural lubrication nor the kind of elasticity the mouth and vagina enjoy. That is why anal sex must be practiced with care. There are three things that should always be used whenever anal penetration is taking place; lubrication, condoms and common sense. Liberal amounts of lubrication are necessary because the rectal wall can be quite sticky and is subject to tearing and lesions if not kept lubricated. (Our favorite is Astroglide) In addition, the anus and rectum are narrow, so lubrication is needed to press inside smoothly. Condoms are another necessity. Enemas, douches and other cleaners will not be able to get all the germs and bacteria out of the rectum. Not only is anal sex facilitate the transmission of STDs better than any other form of sex, it can also cause urinary tract infections and other bacterial diseases. Latex protection is essential, and can offer additional slickness. Finally, use your common sense. The rectal wall curves and is thin so long, hard objects can tear your insides. Don't wear any jewelry on your hands, and cut your fingernails if you are going to put your finger in someone's anus. Most importantly, respect your body. Don't push the limits and go only as far as you feel comfortable.
Positions to try
The best positions for anal sex depend largely on what stage you and your partner are at in your experiences. Rear entry or the "doggie style" position is the one position most people associate with anal sex. However, rear entry allows a penis or anal toy to penetrate most deeply, and may not be the best choice for the beginner. A good starting position is the "spoons" position, with each partner laying on his or her side, one behind the other. This prevents the penetrating partner from going too fast, and allows complete control over penetration. It also brings you closer to your partner, making it easier to judge his or her reactions to what you're doing.
Another position for anal sex is a variation of the missionary position. The receiving partner lays on his or her back while the penetrating partner approaches from on top. The penetrating partner lifts up the calves or shins of the receiver, exposing the anus. This can be an especially intimate position, with both partners facing each other. The ‘top’ partner can masturbate the other and is open to massage and cuddling as well.
Finally, rear entry offers another possibility for anal penetration. This position allows the penetration to be the deepest, and permits the receiver to better open the anus for entry. Rear entry doesn't offer the kind of intimacy or ease of communication that the other positions do, but for more advanced lovers, can offer the greatest amount of thrusting and penetration.
There are many more positions and techniques to try. Many people discover new and exciting positions through experimentation, and most people find the one that best suits them. Good communication is the key to such discovery, and a manual or video can help as well.

We're warning you, this video is little raunchy at times, but it is one of few videos on the market that tackles the subject with warmth and honesty. Adult stars are lead through this topic by sex educator Tristan Taormino who eventually joins in the action. Lighthearted and educational, this video really delivers.
If you and your partner are ready to try anal sex, here a few pointers.
Go Slow. When trying anal sex trust and relaxation are essential.
Use Lubricant. We recommend something like Astroglide. Use it liberally.
Only use toys with a flared base. If you're going to be using an anal toy, make sure it has a flared base so that it does not become lodged in the rectum. An excellent anal toy is the Big Flirt. It's made from silicone which is extremely hygienic and ultimately provides the best sensations.
